Customer Service
This Customer Service course will allow you to gain an understanding of customer service with a focus on customer needs and effective communication skills.
The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill and competence to provide effective customer service within a work, social or voluntary environment, operating independently or while under general supervision. The course places emphasis on effective communication, behaviour/attitude as well as constructive and active listening.

The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the relevant knowledge, skill and competence to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a comprehensive range of everyday tasks and in work-related tasks independently and/or in a supervisory capacity.
Personal and Professional Development
The purpose of this award is to equip the learner with the knowledge, skill, and competence to utilise a range of advanced personal and interpersonal skills in variety of personal, civic and specific vocational contexts, operating autonomously and or in a supervisory capacity.
